This week in Science Class . . . .
Monday we are in lab . . . we'll be examining honeybees. Be sure to bring your bee-sting kits. :-)
Tuesday is a quiz on the periodic table. You need to know the first 30 elements and symbols by heart. I will ask you element names and you need to give me the symbol. I will also ask you symbols, and want you to give me element names. Know them backwards and forwards!
Wednesday we will learn kinetic molecular theory. Please have pages 95-205 read in your book so you are prepared for class.
Thursday - This is my favorite day all year! We will have liquid nitrogen in class, and will be doing demonstrations. Here is a preview of one of the experiments that we'll be doing.
Friday - Let's take the day off. Bring your SSR book to class. If you don't have one, I'll have some fun reading materials for you.
